Admin:

A customer who installs and configures Blether Bar on their website.

User:

A visitor who interacts with Blether Bar on an Admin's website.

Team Member:

Internal Blether Bar personnel.

Content:

Any text, prompts, outputs, data, or materials generated or submitted through the Service.

Account:

A registered account used to access the dashboard.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Description of Service

Blether Bar provides AI-powered tools that allow Admins to generate and inject tailored content into websites based on user input.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload or generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam or deceptive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Blether Bar is produced using artificial intelligence and may:

• Be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Not be suitable for professional, legal, or financial decisions

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before use.

8. Admin Responsibilities

Admins are responsible for:

• How Blether Bar is implemented on their website
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws (including privacy laws)
• Clearly disclosing use of AI-generated content where required

Admins must ensure their own terms and privacy policies govern their relationship with their Users.

9. User Interactions

Blether Bar facilitates interactions between Users and Admin websites.

We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of content presented on Admin websites
• Any reliance placed on generated content
• Any disputes between Users and Admins

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Rights

All rights in the Service, including software, branding, and design, are owned by Blether Bar.

10.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit.

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Process and display content
• Improve and operate the Service

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We process data as a:

• Controller for our own website and services
• Processor on behalf of Admins for embedded interactions

Admins are responsible for their own data handling practices.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools and platforms.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party services or their availability
• Any loss or damage arising from their use

13. Fees and Billing

Some features require payment.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Overage usage may be billed separately
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
